The Grassroots Programme is designed for players who want to enjoy football in a positive and social environment. Sessions focus on skill development, confidence-building, teamwork, and game understanding while ensuring every player is included and progresses at their own pace. This is football for the love of it, open to all abilities, with no selection and no elite pressure.

Every session is led by DBS-checked and FA-qualified coaches who keep things fun, active and encouraging. Players learn the fundamentals through games, small-sided play and plenty of touches on the ball, building the skills, teamwork and match awareness that carry into competitive football when they are ready. Just as importantly, they build the confidence, friendships and love of the game that keep them coming back.
