Overview
Small Group Sessions combine high-quality coaching with the benefits of learning alongside other motivated players. We group players by similar age and ability and keep numbers deliberately low, so every session stays focused and every player is seen. Working in a small group like this lets players develop technical skills, tactical awareness, communication, and game-related decision-making in an environment that is competitive but always supportive. It is where children learn to read the game, talk to teammates, and make better choices under a little pressure.
Compared to traditional team training, these sessions give players more touches of the ball, greater engagement, and coaching that is genuinely personalised to them. With a small group, our DBS-checked and FA-qualified coaches can watch each player closely, correct detail in the moment, and set challenges that stretch the whole group without leaving anyone behind. Players are motivated by those around them and pushed to raise their own standard, session after session.
Small Group Sessions suit players from age 3 upward, girls and boys, whether they are building confidence with the ball or sharpening skills for competitive league football. Every new player is welcome to a free first session with no obligation, so your child can try it, feel the difference, and decide from there. To find a group that fits your child’s age and stage, get in touch and we will point you in the right direction.
