EDGE FA FOOTBALL ACADEMY
CANCELLATION, REFUND & BOOKING POLICY
At Edge FA Football Academy, we carefully plan and resource all programmes to ensure the highest quality experience for every player. As places are limited and staffing, facilities and equipment are arranged in advance, the following booking terms apply to all participants.
BOOKINGS
All bookings made for Academy Programmes, Development Centres, Football Camps, Holiday Programmes, Squad Sessions, Training Courses and Events are reserved specifically for the registered participant and are non-transferable between players, siblings or families.
A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received.
REFUND POLICY
Payments made to Edge FA Football Academy are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a participant is unable to attend due to injury or a medical condition. Any request must be supported by appropriate medical evidence from a qualified healthcare professional and will be reviewed at the discretion of the Academy.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, holidays or family commitments, non-attendance, alternative sporting commitments, or missed sessions.
Any approved refund may be subject to an administration charge.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@edgefa.co.uk.
Cancellation requests submitted through coaches, WhatsApp, text message, social media or verbal communication will not be accepted.
HOLIDAY PROGRAMMES & FOOTBALL CAMPS
Where availability allows, Edge FA may offer the opportunity to transfer an individual camp booking to an alternative date within the same holiday period. Transfers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Transfers cannot be carried forward to future holiday periods. Multi-day bookings, block bookings and full-week bookings are not eligible for transfer.
If a player is unable to attend a booked camp day, parents/carers must notify the Academy by email at admin@edgefa.co.uk before 9:00am on the day of the session.
ACADEMY CANCELLATIONS
Edge FA Football Academy reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel any programme, session or event where circumstances outside of the Academy’s reasonable control make this necessary.
Where a session is cancelled by the Academy, a replacement session, account credit or alternative arrangement may be offered where appropriate.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing a booking with Edge FA Football Academy, parents/carers acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted this Cancellation, Refund and Booking Policy.
